I will be arrested by CBI in 3-4 days: Jagan

Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddya, the most popular MLAs in Andhra Pradesh who has charged under a disproportionate assets case, is now expecting to be arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) following as court direction.

Fearing from this, Jagan alleged the Centre of hatching a conspiracy against him to put jail in next four days with consultation of the Opposition.

“It is being discussed that I will be arrested by CBI in 3-4 days. It’s all part of a large conspiracy by Congress, TDP and CBI,” he said while interacting at public meeting.

In a disproportionate assets case three chargesheet has filed by CBI and two key accused – family auditor Vijay Sai Reddy and industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad has already arrested.

According to CBI report, Jagan who summoned by the special CBI court had involved into a quid pro quo arrangement with several industrial units in wake of funding his businesses in lieu of the favours granted during the tenure of his father YS Rajasekhara Reddy till 2009.

After probing, a decision not to accept Sakshi advertisements has been taken by government, while orders will be granted after the Andhra Pradesh High Court direction.

Taking an action against Cnetre conspiracy to put him in jail, Jagan sent a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, in which Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan alleged to make the conspiracy aimed at arresting him.

“I sincerely request you to use your good offices and get to the bottom of the undemocratic and shameful conspiracy and prevent it,” he wrote in the letter.
