Reports have said that Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif will once again rock with Sheila Ki Jawaani. The actress will work in a documentary titled Sheila Ki Jawaani on 100 years of Bollywood to be directed by Zoya Akhtar.
It is know to all that Bollywood is celebrating its 100 years, and the filmmaker Zoya Akhar is approached to make a special documentary on the topic.
Some sources have said that the documentary film will look back at the start of the Hindi film industry and trace its good as well as bad time till today.
Talking to media, sources said, “Director Zoya Akhtar thought that the popular track Sheila Ki Jawaani from the film Tees Maar Khan is the perfect example to describe the story of the glamour-struck industry.”
When asked to the actress about the news, Katrina Kaif confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I am part of the documentary.”
Meanwhile, reports have said that Katrina Kaif is really busy shooting for her upcoming film with Yash Chopra’s banner with actor Shahrukh Khan, she promised Zoya to free some time for her.
Earlier, Katrina Kaif and director Zoya Akhtar had worked together in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, which was a big hit.
Further, the documentary film by director Zoya Akhtar is all about the story of a boy who is a huge fan of the item number and dreams of meeting Sheila in reality.
Director Zoya Akhtar has also signed Ranvir Shorey, and her brother Farhan Akhtar to play a special role in the film.
In the meantime, gossips have said Zoya is so impressed with Katrina Kaif, that she may sign her for her next project as well.
