The Zee Cine Awards 2012 will be held in Macau in January 2012 and two super star of Bollywood, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, are in the race of getting best male actor award.
Both Movies has successively running at the Box office this year. The nomination for Best actor are of Salman Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan, other actors are of Hrithik Roshan, Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor.
However the main competition is between Salman Khan and Shahrukh. The Bollywood Super star Salman has been nominated for his mega block buster film ‘Bodyguard’in which he performed the role as a bodyguard of Kareena Kapoor.
While Shah Rukh’s two films ‘Ra.One’ and ‘Don 2: The King Is Back’ has enlisted in the nomination. Along this Hrithik Roshan for ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, Ajay Devgn for ‘Singham’ and Ranbir Kapoor for ‘Rockstar’ has nominated for best male actor award.
On other side for best female award, the fight is on between Vidya Balan of the ‘The Dirty Picture’, Priyanka Chopra for ‘7 Khoon Maaf’, Kareena Kapoor for ‘Bodyguard’, Kangna Ranaut for ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ and Katrina Kaif for ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.
Amongst most leading directors, the nominations for Best Film Director 2011 Award has Farhan Akhtar (‘Don 2’), Imtiaz Ali (‘Rockstar’), Milan Luthria (‘The Dirty Picture’), Rohit Shetty (‘Singham’), Siddique (‘Bodyguard’) and Zoya Akhtar (‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’).
‘Don 2’, ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Rockstar’, ‘Singham’, ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ are enlisted for the best film category.
Interestingly the whole show will be host by Don Shah Rukh and his jungle billi (wildcat) Priyanka Chopra. The viewers can send their votes for their favorite nominees and out of them 12 lucky winners will choose who will be flown in to Macau to witness the live ceremony.
