LeT Chief Hafiz Saeed to India: Prepare for more violence in Kashmir

Tense situation on the Line of Control between India and Pakistan is still on after the killing of two Indian soldiers, now the Lashkar-e-Toiba [LeT] chief Hafiz Saeed on Friday warned New Delhi of an escalation in violence in Jammu and Kashmir.

Hafiz Saeed is the main accused and the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai attack, said in an interview with Reuters. He said, “We do not want any force to be used or any military operation for this. But the Indians are opting for the other alternative.”

Further, the LeT Chief also accused India of destabilizing Pakistan.

In past few weeks, there is high rise in the ceasefire violation and infiltration attempts. Recently, Pakistani army soldiers entered into Indian border in Mendhar sector and killed two Indian soldiers and injured one more.

In addition, the Pakistani Army attacked an area domination patrol party of the Indian Army.

Lance Naik Hemraj and Lance Naik Sudhakar Singh were the two Indian soldiers were killed by Pakistani Army.

Talking to media on Thursday, Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said, “Hafis Saeed had visited the border areas in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) a few days before the attack on Indian jawans by Pakistani troops.”

The Indian government has reported its unhappiness to Islamabad over no action against the LeT chief Hafis Saeed, the main accused of 26/11 Mumbai attack.
