Microsoft Window 8 launch with Surface Tablet

Following Apple Special Launch Event as a competitive bid, Software company Microsoft today introduced its latest and anticipated new version of Operating System, Window 8.

The most colourful, stylish All-in-One OS, Window 8 is comfortable with Smartphone, PCs and Tablet too, one software running on all device both in touch as well as mouse and keyboard. There is surprise for users’ while go for first look as the Window 8 gas no Start button, but features square tiles for apps.

The new reinvention of the world’s best-largest computer operating system selling is the direct challenge to Apple’s recent launched popular iPad and iPhone flagship as an attempt to over take as the world’s best tech giant.

With Window 8 launch, Microsoft has also introduced its 10.6-inch PC cum Tablet, Microsoft Surface, a stylish, multitouch device comes with a built-in track pad in two variants- ARM platform, running on Windows RT with option 32GB and 64GB, while second is a Pro version, runs a full version of Windows 8 .

Meanwhile, selling process has started from midnight on Thursday with a promise to ‘re-imagined Window OS. Users can download Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro which is priced of Rs 1,999, upgrade is only for Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 PC.

Best offer for Windows 7 PCs Users who has purchased their device between June 2, 2012, and January 31, 2013 as they can upgrade Windows 8 Pro at a cost of Rs 699.

However, there is still no information about Surface India Launch, but the company claimed to launch Windows 8 Tablet very soon as seeking to open Window Store Globally.

“This is one of the biggest launches for us. This is the beginning of new era of computing.  Windows 8 is designed to work across form factors and platforms (such as tablets),” Microsoft India Chairman Bhaskar Pramanik told reporters.
