Malala Yousafzai’s family arrives to visit Queen Elizabeth Hospital

Latest news have said that relatives of the Pakistani girl shot in the head by a Taliban supporter have started arriving in the UK to see her.

It is also said that Malala Yousafzai is recovering in hospital. Malala Yousafzai’s father Ziauddin Yousufzai also arrived in the hospital.

Her father Ziauddin Yousufzai arrived at Birmingham ad guided to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with police protection.

On the other hand, Taliban had announced that it shot Malala for “promoting secularism. Malala has been working for girl’s education in the Swat Valley.

In addition, Malala’s father had told media that her daughter will return to the country after she has recovered. He further dismissed reports that the family would seek asylum in the West because of threats by the Pakistani Taliban.

Meanwhile, Malala Yousafzai was shot by a Taliban gunman on October 9 in the Swat Valley when she was going to her home from school with her calassmates.

Malala was recently shifted to UK hospital as to get best treatment. Doctors said, “Malala she was still comfortable and responding well to treatment.”

They said, “Malala will need a period of recuperation before undergoing surgery.”

It is said that a part of her skull will need to be reconstructed.
