Sachin joins his IPL team at the Wankhede stadium.

Earlier, Sachin played an important part in Indian cricket team’s Australia tour and then Asia Cup in Bangladesh, where he completed his 100th hundred. Though India was bowled out of the Asia Cup after it lost the match against Bangladesh by five wickets.

Sachin Tendulkar left for London for medical consultation about his injured toe.

The owner of Mumbai Indians, Mukesh Ambani, had recently gave a party at his Mumbai house, where he honoured Sachin for completing the unbelievable achievement of 100 hundred in International cricket.

Sachin’s Mumbai Indians will play their first match against last years champions and MS Dhoni lead team, Chennai Super Kings, at the M A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

The introductory camp is set to conclude today.

The Mumbai Indians team and the support staff – including mentor cum bowling coach Shaun Pollock, advisor cum fielding coach Jonty Rhodes, head coach Robin Singh, assistant coach Paras Mhambrey and spin bowling coach Maninder Singh – are set to leave for Chennai tomorrow.
