Anna Hazare, the social activist watched the Bollywood movie “ Gali Gali Chor Hai” last night in his native village Ralegan Siddhi by screening held near the Shantiniketan ground and he was satisfied with the story of film.
Along with film’s crew Actors Akshaye Khanna, Shriya Saran and Mugdha Godse, director Rumi Jafferey and producers Nitin Manmohan and Sanjay Punamija, Anna saw the entire film that ended at 10pm despite of his ill health because the film is deal with corruption for which removal Anna is fighting.
A core committee member, Datta Awari informed reporters, “”Anna agreed to watch the film despite ill health as it deals with corruption. “
He added, “Gali Gali Chor Hai is a political satire about a common man’s fight against corruption. So, it makes sense to show it to Anna Hazare who has become the national face of a common man fighting corruption.”
The impact of movie has so much put on Anna that he is ready to take action of to slap when his power of tolerance of corruption runs out.
In his statement pointing to the political party that not agree with Lokpal Bill, Anna said, “When a man’s power of tolerance runs out, then whoever is in front of you, if a slap is given, then the brain is put back in place. That is the only road open now.”
