According to fresh reports, almost 12 days after Arvind Kejriwal split with social activist Anna Hazare, today Arvind Kejriwal will formally announce his political party.

An event is scheduled at the Constitution Club in New Delhi today, where Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia will make the announcement of their political aprty.

The launch of the party is specially made on Gandhi Jayanthi. As a move to start their fresh fight against corruption and their commitment to Lokpal agitation, Arvind Kejriwal will call for an internal Lokpal to probe cases of impropriety.

However, Anna Hazare and his old Team Anna members met yesterday in New Delhi, Anna also met with Kejriwal and Sisodia yesterday. Anna split with Kejriwal on September 19 after Kejriwal announced to join politics.

Anna Hazare said that Kejriwla and his group had not responded that how they will present a political alternative to the people of country in the fight against corruption. Anna said politics is a full of dirt.

On the other hand, Kejriwal said, “We were not entering politics to acquire power as politics is yet another tool for strengthening of the anti-graft movement.”

Reports have said that Kejriwal will first test its party’s strength in Delhi Assembly polls in 2013.
