CBI seals Bank Accounts linked to YS Jaganmohan Reddy

In yet, a big list of top minister who were charged under disproportionate assets case has been revealed and now one another name is going to be added in it, he is Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy.

The Andhra Pradesh leader has charged by CBI in an alleged disproportionate assets case and as part of this chargesheet , CBI has asked banks to frozen accounts of all media houses that owned by Jagan including Sakshi TV, Jagati Publications and Indira TV.

Just after one day while a legal notice in a disproportionate assets case issued by a special CBI court in Hyderabad to the YSR Congress president to appear before it on May 28, CBI filed its chargesheet in the court.

According to agency, around Rs 10 crore had been invested in Jagati Publications by Ramky Pharma India Limited as per contract deal for securing its benefits from the then government. At that time, Jagan’s father YS Rajasekhara Reddy was the head of govt.

In its move, name of representatives of business firms concerned with Jagan has also listed in filled chargesheet. IAS officer Venkatarami Reddy, Ramky Group chairman Ayodhyarami Reddy, Jagati Publications (publisher of Sakshi Telugu daily) and Ramky Pharma India Limited have been named as the other accused in the case, source reportedly said.

Along with all representatives, 12 others whose named in the CBI charge sheet has summoned by Court including Hetero, Aurobindo, Trident Life Sciences. All these are allegedly charge in the case asked to appear before it on the same day May 28.
