IPL 2013: Michael Clarke and Ricky Ponting get top base price

In the auction list of IPL 2013, the two names, both from Australia, have attracted the highest base price of $400,000 [Rs 2.1 crore] among the 101 names of cricketers auctioned on Sunday.
