On the heels of its recent announcement to launch 30 new Android flagship devices, hometown mobile maker Micromax has added another budget friendly Smartphone official, called the Micromax A65 smarty 4.3.
Amid Indian smartphone segment, new Smarty series ‘Smarty A65’ phone is one of the biggest launches of Micromax as the device comes with power of the Spreadtrum’s chipset.
As per reports, the company invested $10 million in Micromax last year which has resulted in Micromax first Spreadtrum running Android phone, Smart A65.
Micromax Smarty A65 is a Dual-SIM phone, sports a 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android Gingerbread 2.3.5 with 190MB of internal user memory.
The device is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor from Spreadtrum that is Spread Trum SC6820 ARM Cortex-A5 with 512MB RAM.
As part of storage, the company blog claimed that Smarty A65 will also have 4GB ROM.
The Smartphone features a 2MP rear camera with flash and a 0.3MP front-facing camera. But on connectivity, there is no support of 3G, only Wi-Fi along with GPRS/EDGE and all video formats such as 3GP, MP4 as well as mp3, wav, mid, 3gp, mp4 audio formats.
In Indian market, users can get this Micormax Budget Friendly Dual SIM Smartphone, Smarty A65 4.3 at price of Rs. 4,999 which is available on Flipkart online retailer.
