The stylish all-round Ravindra Jadeja, who played an important role in the 127 runs win of team India over England in the second ODI played at Kochi, has recently said in an interview that team will carry forward the same momentum and take 2-1 lead over England by winning third ODI played at Ranchi on January 19.
Talking to media before the third ODI, Ravindra Jadeja said, “We are very happy with the way we won our last match. We just hope to carry forward the winning momentum and looking forward to win the game.”
He said, “We hope to do right things. We are very positive about tomorrow’s game.”
Meanwhile, the cricketer played a superb knock of 61 runs from just 37 balls and taking 2 important wickets with very effective economy rate.
Jadeja said, “I did well in all three departments (of the game) in the last game. I will have the same thinking and will look to win it for India.”
Further, he said, “I did not have much problem in bowling. I’ve been bowling good always and don’t want to experiment much. I don’t want to change much as far as my bowling is concerned.”
He added that his batting improved after his two triple hundreds in this Ranji season.
He said, “I had a good Ranji season. I had two triple hundreds. It’s been the most positive aspect of my batting. I played long innings twice. I was getting out to wrong shot selection. Hope not to repeat those mistakes again.”
