Samsung to pop up Apple iPad mini’s rival, Galaxy Note 8 next month

Seeking something different in amid 7 Inch tablet market, Samsung is likely to come up with a newest and 8-inch bigger screen display featured device.

Fresh buzz is that South Korean company is planning to launch a new member of its Note tablet portfolio, the Samsung GT-N5100 which will be dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

This launch will be the source of having direct rage with the Apple iPad mini, rumoured to launch at Mobile World Congress next month.

The 8-inch slate will be available in two versions – 3G / Wi-Fi version and Wi-Fi only version.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will have Super Clear LCD display with a resolution of 1280×800 and running on Android 4.2, the latest version of Jelly Bean straight out-of-the-box with 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB built in with microSD card.

Featuring much better display than Apple iPad mini, Galaxy Note 8 will reported to come with a stylus, a 5MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front facing camera for video calls.

However, no reports have been leaked about processor and price of device, but it has been said that it could be a quad-core Exynos 4 processor or Samsung’s latest launched Exynos 5Octa.
