The Bollywood Dabangg actor Salman Khan is back on small screen to host Bigg Boss season six on Colors TV. The actor promises audiences that this year the reality TV show will be family oriented.

It is know in the industry that Salman doesn’t care attending film premiers. But for the first time, Salman Khan, who shoots for Bigg Boss season 6 at ND Studios in Karjat, and the other for Dabangg 2 in Satara.

The actor has come to attend the film premier of Sridevi’s upcoming film ‘English Vinglish’. Salman is very close friend of Sridevi’s husband and filmmaker Bony Kapoor. Salman cancelled the shoot and fly back to Mumbai to attend the premier on October 4.

Salman Khan first worked with Boney Kapoor in 2005, No Entry. Then again in 2009, Wanted, which was super hit film.

Further, Salman Khan also worked with Sridevi in Chandra Mukhi (1993) and Chaand Ka Tukda (1993).

Talking to media a source said, “Keeping in mind his close friendship with Boney , Salman has cancelled one day of the shooting of his film to attend the premiere.”

Source said, “English Vinglish is very important to Boney Kapoor himself as it marks the return of his superstar wife Sridevi into Bollywood after a hiatus of 15 years. Salman knows this and he will do what it takes to make it special for them.”

Producer R Balki said, “Boney Kapoor did invite Salman for the premiere and the good news is that he will be attending it.”
