Sonia and Rahul have property worth Rs 1600 crore, says Subramanian Swamy

In yet another exposure, but this time not Arvind Kejriwal, it is Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy.

Subramanian Swamy on Thursday targeted the Gandhi family and the accused them of operating a fraud company as well as misusing of government facilities.

Speaking in a press conference, Swamy said that Rahul Gandhi and congress president Sonia Gandhi jointly owned 76 per cent of a company called Young Indian.

Further, Subramanian Swamy said that Rahul Gandhi did not disclose about his company in the affidavit to the Election Commission while filing his nomination for the 2008 Lok Sabha elections.

Talking to media, Swamy said, “Public funds were converted to finance the privately-owned company.”

He added that meeting of the company held at 10 Janpath, which is the Sonia Gandhi’s official residence allotted to her by Indian government,

“Young Indian now ‘owns’ the Herald House in Delhi and two floors of it have been rented out to passport office that pays the company Rs 30 lakhs a month as rent, of which, 76% goes to Rahul and Sonia,” Subramanian Swamy said.

In the meantime, Subramanian Swamy also demanded a CBI inquiry into the case.
