Head of Congress election coordination committee for 2014 election, Rahul Gandhi bow into new asset de-recognision allegations raised by Subramanian Swamy.

As per Swamy, Congress general secretary, Mr. Gandhi gave galse affidavit regarding information of his assets while filing nomination papers for the Amethi Lok sabha seat in the 2009 polls.

Meanwhile, Election Commission (EC) rocked a strict full investigation which is going to be held by the chief electoral officer (CEO) of Uttar Pradesh (UP) to submit all report regarding Swamy’s allegations. Read more

Subramanian Swamy to move EC seeking de-recognition of Congress

According to latest reports, the Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy has said in media on Saturday that he will file an application before the Election Commission demanding them to reconsider the Congress party for ‘providing’ interest-free loan to The Associated Journals Limited, publisher of National Herald and other newspapers.

Subramanian Swamy posted on twitter account saying, “Based on Congi confession of the loan crime yesterday I am filing a Petition today before ECI seeking De-recognition of Congi party.” Read more

SC rejects probe, a clean chit to Chidambaram in 2G case

Today, Supreme Court has rejected Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy’s plea seeking to issue a probe against Finance Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram, alleging him to a co-accused “national loss” and having role in connection of the 2G spectrum case.
