Congress president Sonia Gandhi today challenged the opposition as well as anti-corruption activist group to go and prove the corruptions charges alleged against the UPA.

Terming corruption a curse which should be hit out from the country, Sonia Gandhi in support of her party said that it was necessary to understood very well what was the truth and untruth.

“The opposition is levelling several allegations of corruption against the government. What is the truth and untruth in these allegations needs to be understood well,” Sonia Gandhi said addressing a rally in support of the UPA government led by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, as per reports.

At the rally where Prime Minister and Rahul Gandhi also presented, Ms. Gandhi promised to face and fight all graft charges against UPA government whether over CAG draft or FDI reform.

Accusing BJP failed to permit key legislations to pass, but be responsible for weaken the system, she said, “Those who are talking about corruption are finding themselves neck-deep in corruption.”
