Ex-Army chief VK Singh may join House gherao

The former Army Chief VK Singh had addressed his first political rally and he stressed to vote for pro-farmer parties and he added that he may take part in a gherao of Parliament.

Mamata Banerjee support Anna Hazare, says Parliament must be dissolved

Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday announced her support for Anna Hazare’s demand for immediate dissolution of Parliament. Mamata added that the UPA government was a minority one with one-party rule.

Talking to media at a press conference, Mamata Banerjee said, “This is a minority government and I totally agree with Hazare’s demands made yesterday. The UPA government came to power with our support. After we left we wrote to the President that we have withdrawn support from the government.
