The apex of court allows CBI to conduct the lie detection test after earlier Pervez and her assistant had given their consent to tests which were held on Monday.

On August 16, 2011, while Shehla Masood , a RTI activist used to work on police reforms, environment and wildlife issues, was getting ready to take apart in an anti-corruption agitation, her dead body was found outside her home in Bhopal.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Dhruv Narayan Singh and his associate Sanjay Gupta, along with interior designer Zahida Pervez. Read more
