Delhi police arrests Indian Mujahideen’s Fasih Mohammed

Terrorist suspect Fasih Mohammed who was accused of his allegedly involvement in the bomb blast cases in Bangalore and Delhi, has been extradited from Saudi Arabia.

The news was reported on a TV news channel on Monday.

Delhi Police arrests three Indian Mujahideen terror suspects

According to latest news, the Delhi Police has arrested three terror suspects from national capital on Thursday morning.

Further, police said that all the three arrested terror suspects may have close ties with banned terror outfit Indian Mujahideen.

Delhi Police arrests 6 members of Indian Mujahideen

Indian capital Delhi Police have arrested six people from Bihar, Chennai and Delhi, those are belonging with IM (Indian Mujahideen group), including a Pakistani national, for three terror attacks in 2010 — the German Bakery blast in Pune, shootout at Jama Masjid and the Chinnaswamy stadium blasts in Bangalore.

Identification of those terrorists is as Mohammad Adil from Pakistan, Mohammad Qateel Siddiqui, Mohammad Irshad Khan, Gauhar Aziz Khomani, Gayur Ahmad Jamali and Abdur Rahman. The last five hail from three different districts in Bihar – Madhubani, Darbhanga and Samastipur.

According to Police report 17 people were killed and 56 injured in Pune’s German bakery blast in 13 Feb.2010.

In Bangalore when a bomb blasted outside the Chinnaswamy stadium in 17 April last year, at least 8 people were injured in it. Read more
