Surjeet Singh returned to India through Wahah Border

The Indian prisoner Surjeet Singh has finally released officially from the Pakistan Jail today. Surjeet Singh released by the Pakistani police at the Wagah border but he was handcuffed and the iron chain was attached to the belt of a Pakistani police officer.

Mr. Singh was dressed in white kurta-pyjama and black turban and carrying two bags. He is 69-year-old now, slowly alighted from the prison van with his left hand in handcuffs. Read more

Independent MLA Bharat Singh shot at in Delhi

According to the Breaking News of the afternoon, the Independent MLA Bharat Singh was shot at on today morning in south-west Delhi by some unknown attackers.

However, the Delhi Police has told media that it might be a case of personal rivalry.

Meanwhile, a passerby Dharampal was also injured in the shot-out. It is said in reports that the incident took place near the MLA’s office in Najafgarh’s Sarangpur village at around 8:30 am. Read more
