India’s one of the largest selling auto company, Tata Motors is going to launch its new entry level model Tata Safari Storme, lining up its Safari flagship which is to be set on road fro drive on October 17th 2012.

Amid Indian auto markets segment especially SUV, Tata set to beat its rival as the new vehicle is designed on basis of Tata Aria, which is speculated to be inspired from Range Rover series.

First look of Safari Storme was earlier seen at the 2012 Delhi Auto Show, but after long period the company is launching its model with well rimming ahead of the festive season targeting higher sale record in India.

The Safari Storme is coming with a 2.2 liter DiCOR engine producing 142PS power and 320 Nm torque with a 5 speed manual transmission gearbox. The company will made available its upcoming Safari in two variants – a 2WD and 4WD options, seeking demand of those who are waiting for something different.

After two years long awaiting period, the next generation Tata’s Safari Storme is likely to be featured with advanced tech based specifications with improved gearbox, improved ergonomics, excellent interiors as well as exteriors in leather and wood along with huge space for leg room, a new honeycomb grill, projector headlights, new chrome tipped twin exhausts and new tailgated .

Sharing similar steering and suspensions systems as like its old version, Safari Storme SUV is expected to be price in range of the company’s current Safari selling model Rs.8.28 lakhs to Rs.13.26 lakhs.
