Actor-leader Shatrughan Sinha undergoes bypass surgery

According to latest Bollywood News, Bollywood actor and BJP Leader Shatrughan Sinha underwent bypass surgery at a city hospital on Monday and will stay in the hospital for few days.

Shatrughan Sinha, 66-years-old, was admitted to the Kokilaben hospital in suburban Andheri on July 2 after the actor complaint of breathlessness due to the paint work at his home.

While talking to media about actor’s health, Kokilaben hospital COO Dr Ram Narain said, “He was admitted to hospital for severe breathlessness. During investigations blockages were discovered in the coronary arteries. Based on medical advice he underwent bypass surgery.”

Meanwhile, cardiac surgeon Dr Anvay Mulay conducted the surgery on Monday morning.

Further, Dr. Narain said, “He is fine now and on the road to a speedy recovery. He has thanked all his well wishers for their unconditional love and support.”

He told media that the actor will stay in the hospital for few days.

Shatrughan Sinha started his Bollywood career in 1969 with film ‘Sajan’ and acted in more than 200 films, he also did Punjabi and Bangali films.

He is know in the industry for his powerful dialogues, he did films like ‘Kalicharan’, ‘Vishwanath’, ‘Blackmail’, ‘Dostana’, ‘Shaan’ and ‘Kala Patthar’.

Later, he joined politics and at present he is BJP’s Lok Sabha member from Patna Sahib in Bihar.
