According to latest Bollywood buzz, actor Saif Ali Khan, Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi have been charged under Sections 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code by the Mumbai police in connection with the midnight brawl case.
It is said in news that Saif Ali Khan, who was dining in the hotel with his friends Ladak, Amrohi, Malaika Arora Khan and then girlfriend Kareena Kapoor had a scuffle with NRI businessman Iqbal Sharma and his father-in-law at a five star restaurant in February in 2012.
Rumor has it that, Saif Ali Khan and his friends were loud enough during their dinner party in the hotel and that promoted Iqbal Sharma in telling them to be a little quiet.
Verbal argument turned out to be an ugly fist fight. Thereafter, NRI Businessman Iqbal Sharma filed a complaint against the actor as his friends.
The Mumbai Police arrested Saif Ali Khan, Ladak and Amrohi and subsequently released in bail.
