India vs New Zealand: India beats New Zealand, R Ashwin 12 for 85 runs

The Indian test team has made a winning start in the 2 test match series against New Zealand by winning an innings and 115 runs in the first test match played at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad.

R Ashwin was the hero of the match, talking career-best 12 wickets for 85 runs in a match. the off-spinner took 6-54 in the second innings and 6 for 31 in the first innings against New Zealand.

A new song from Kreena Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘Heroine’ has been released by UTV motion pictures on Saturday.

The newly released song from Kareena’s Heroine film was sung by Pak singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. It a slow song featuring actress Kareena kapoor, actor Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda.

The title of the song is ‘Saaiyaan’. It is composed by Salim-Sulaiman and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Kiran Bedi misses India Against Corruption’s protest rally

The key member from Team Anna and former IPS officer, Kiran Bedi, missed to participate in today’s anti-corruption protest rally by India Against Corruption [IAC] in the national capital because she was not in favour of protesting against BJP leaders.

However, when asked by media about Kiran Bedi’s absence in the protest rally, IAC chief Arvind Kejriwal said, “On this issue she (Bedi) probably feels that the BJP can give the country a good government. But the BJP can’t.”

The U19 cricket team from India has won the ICC U19 World Cup by beating Australia by 6 wickets in Townsville, Australia.

The U19 captain from Indian cricket team, Unmukt Chand played captains knock and led the team from the front hitting super 111 runs from 130 balls hitting seven fours and six sixes.

He was well supported by Smit Patel who made superb 62 runs from 84 balls hitting four fours.

US Astronaut Neil Armstrong dies at age of 82

Neil Armstrong was born on Aug. 5, 1930, in Wapakoneta, Ohio, and he served in the U.S. Navy and was also a part of the Korean War before becoming an astronaut.
