Maharashtra irrigation scam: Kejriwal’s Aam Admi to comes with ‘Black Paper’

The activist cum politicians Arvind Kejriwal, tailor of Aam Aadmi Party is to come with his “Black Paper” on irrigation scam.

Kejriwal’s attempt is launched as a counter attack over Maharashtra Water Resources Department’s White Paper report on the issue.

After a complete analysing of different records from various sources including Water Resources Department, Central Water Commission, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Government of Maharashtra and National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Aam Aadmi Party has prepared the  Black Paper.

Sources said that the Black Paper report would be released by Kejriwal at Roha on December 2 with a public rally in Raigad district, political stronghold of irrigation minister Sunil Tatkare.

The party told reporters that its Black Paper report would be for exposion of all WRD’s White Paper compulsions relating to the area under irrigation, a fact to mislead everyone which is a result of manipulation and entirely contradiction.

Reports also clarified that a large amount of investment on irrigation was brought not just because of dams and canals as per the WRD’s White Paper claims, but due to wells, bore wells, drip irrigation, lift irrigation.
