Non-bailable warrant issued against Gopal Kanda

It seems as problems are now increasing for former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda as the Delhi High Court has today issued Non-bailable Warrant [NBW] against him in connection to the Geetika Suicide Case.

The court ordered the city police to bring into action the arrest warrant by August 24. Earlier, Delhi police carried out raids at Kanda’s home.

It is said in reports that Delhi police had so far conducted around 50 raids and investigated 25 people, but the former Haryana minister is still not arrested.

Gopal Kanda was last seen at his Gurgaon residence on August 8. Since then, police is unable to trace him; however, police had arrested MDLR Airlines executive Aruna Chaddha.

Meanwhile, Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chaddha were named in the suicide note of Geetika Sharma, she said in her suicide note that they has harassed her and ruined her life.

Aruna Chaddha was arrested by Delhi police on August 8, while Gopal Kanda ignored summons issued by police.
