Television actor Gurmeet CHoudhary has recently wins the title of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 aired on Colors TV. Gurmeet is very happy with his win and he dedicated his win to his fans and wife Debina Bonnerjee.

Meanwhile, behind ever man, there is a woman; Debina Bonnerjee is the lady luck for Gurmeet. Talking to media, Debina Bonnerjee said in excitement, “It feels extremely good. I’ve been thinking of this day for four months. It was like action replay when Gurmeet was declared winner of Jhalak.”

She said that Gurmeet’s huge fan following and hard worked helped him to win this title.

Further, Debina said, “Gurmeet’s worked very hard for this. I told his choreographer you have got the most popular contestant. Now it’s up to you what you do. There was constant pressure on Gurmeet to deliver. I didn’t want people to say he was popular so he won. He deserved the award. Gurmeet has scored 10/10 many times and even rehearsed at nights. I give full credit to him for his sheer hard work but both Gurmeet and I also want to thank his fans for their continuous love and support.”

She said, “As a wife I want people to remember that Gurmeet has given some of the best performances on Jhalak this season which will also be remembered next season. JDJ has increased his fan base and all of them agree that he deserved to win. Since he is so humble he always thanks his fans. Whereve he faltered, fans would back him up and I was confident that they would support him.

Gurmeet wins Rs 40 lakh in cash and Jhalak trophy.

When asked by media, who look better with Gurmeet – Drashti Dhami (his co-star from Geet Hu Sabse Parayi and Kratika Sengar from Punar Vivah), Debina confidently says, “Gurmeet looks best with me”.
