Salora forays with launch of PowerMaxx

Amid Indian Smartphone segment, another Indian Salora international Ltd. has entered with its PowerMaxx Android Dual SIM phone.

Salora’s new and first Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS device is the slimmer and lighter device comes with 10.2 mm by 64.5mm frame with round edges, aluminum alloy.

Key feature of PowerMaxx is of having a frame of special fibre drawing technology and a bumper size battery of 3200mAh, delivering power of nearly 430 hours with Smart Battery protection Circuit.

Offering a 4.5” IPS LCD, qHD screen display, PowerMaxx is powered by Cortex-A9 1GHz dual-core processor with 4GB ROM, 512MB RAM and 4GB of on-board storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD.

The device packs with an 8 MP rear autofocus camera at the back and a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calling, HD recoding with ‘Zero Air Gap’ technology offering prevention of users’ eyes from drying and also anti-fingerprint support.

For connectivity there are Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth supports, and also the company claimed to come up with its new device with Android latest Jelly Bean version updates.

The slimmer and power loaded, Salora PowerMaxx is available in Indian online retail outlets at price of Rs.15, 999.
