Lebanese intelligence official Wissam al-Hassan’s funeral today in Beirut

Twin blasts rock heart of Syrian Capital near Army HQ
Breaking news, two bombs blasted in Syrian Capital, Damascus early morning near army and air force staff headquarters today, raising Syria unrest, while no details about causalities to be reported.
The blasts rocked Syria near the landmark of Umayyad square administrative district with a smoke of fire, heard by several peoples, media said.

UN not happy with attacks in Damascus
Special envoy Kofi Annan, an international peace plan went into effect by the UN Security Council on April 12 brokered badly on Thursday morning while the deadliest suicide twin bomb attacks in Damascus.
