Farhan Akhtar warns Priyanka Chopra: Don’t get typecast
News have said that the Bollywood’s desi girl and actress Priyanka Chopra has arrived Hyderabad for the shooting of the remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer film ‘Zanjeer’, while actor-director Farhan Akhtar has warned her against doing too many remakes and getting typecast.
The actress tweets, “In Hydrabad for ‘Zanjeer’. Starting a new film always makes me nervous.”
The producer of the film is Amit Mehra and his father Prakash Mehra originally produced the film ‘Zanjeer’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya in the lead roles. Read more

The Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is on a multi-city tour to promote her first music album Single In My City. The actress started her tour from national capital and Priyanka is set to be a pub crawler for the night as she will DJ in New Delhi.
The actress was quite satisfied with the crowd, she said, “I feel like a new comer and I just hope the response remains the same for my album.”
Priyanka Chopra is happy after the success of her latest released film, Barfi, she said, “I have my saree and jewellery ready for the red carpet. Just need to think about the clutch and shoes for the big Oscar night if we get to the final nominations.” Read more
Sanjay Dutt to play Sher Khan in ‘Zanjeer’ remake
According to latest Bollywood news, actor Sanjay Dutt is set to play the role of Sher Khan in the remake of 1973 release film ‘Zanjeer’ starrer Amitabh Bachchan.
The much talked film will be directed by Apoorva Lakhia, it will also case southern star Ram Charan Teja and Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra in the lead, who will play the role of Vijay and Mala, respectively.
Earlier, the Sher Khan’s role in ‘Zanjeer’ was played by veteran actor Pran and the film was directed by Prakash Mehra. Read more
