Amid Indian Auto market segment, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has landed with its three limited editions- Corolla Altis and SUV sedan Etios and Fortuner, targeting the young generations sport enthusiastic customer segment to boost its sale units.
During festivals season, Toyota’s launch raised excitement in customers with latest and new featuring cars launches competing Maruti’s new Alto, Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra.
“We have introduced a whole new range of limited edition vehicles to provide our customers something new and trendy for the festive season. Limited units of these vehicles are on sale till December to provide exclusivity,” TKM Deputy Managing Director (Marketing) Sandeep Singh said.
After earlier launch of new and upgraded variant of its small car Figo, Toyota comes with the Corolla Altis limited edition in both petrol and diesel variants priced at Rs 11.51 lakh and Rs 12.90 lakh. The car featuring 5.8” DVD touchscreen audio system will be sold with 500 limited units, being delivered till December 2012 in three colours – Champagne Mica Metallic, Silver Mica Metallic and Super White.
SUV sedan Fortuner TRD limited edition will be sold with 600 units that will available till December in 4×2 manual and automatic transmission and aerodynamically designed with new front bumper at price of Rs 21.76 lakh and Rs 22.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.
Not stylish, but well designed the Etios SUV sedan will be showcased at showroom in both petrol and diesel variants, priced at Rs 6.25 lakh and Rs 7.31 lakh respectively in two color options- White and Symphony silver.
The company claimed that Etios TRD, the most popular exiting old Etios’s version has 1200 limited units that will be sold till the month of December 2012.
