Uddhav Thackeray demands permit system for Biharis in Mumbai

Amid anti- Bihari flak statement of Raj Thackeracy, after Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray back up support, now his son Uddhav Thackeray comes on stage, supporting Raj’s action against Biharis to force them as “infiltrators”, demanded a permit system for Biharis who want to live and work in Mumbai.

Udhav criticized Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar for not taking strict actions during Assam ethnic riots, and when Mumbai Police did a good deed the his govt. warned them and interfering in the matter of a person arrest from Bihar in the Azad Maidan riot case.

“Nitish should change his attitude and stance otherwise he will not be accepted for the prime minister’s post,” Uddhav warned that if it is compulsory for Mumbai police to take Biahr govt. permission to act on riots cases , then it should be mandatory to implement a permit system for those come from Bihar and live in Mumbai.

He suggested Bihar’s chief secretary that instead of interfering Mumbai police’s actions over the Azad Maidan violence, he should focus more on his state’s administration.

The controversial row has come after Raj is criticized by several leaders over his remarks. Raj remarked against Biharis as “infiltrators” and warns them to migrant from Maharashtra if Bihar’s authorities restricts Mumbai police’s act that arrested Abdul Qadir from Sitamarhi district without informing their state’s counterparts, Bihar CM showed a great disappoint.

Nitish Kumar, even congratulated Mumbai Police for their action, as per source, but termed it unjustified and said that Mumbai police should have much inform the local police before arresting the accused Abdul Qadir from Bihar.
