Battle for Jan Lokpal Bill from January 1: Anna Hazare

According to latest reports, social activist Anna Hazare said that the battle for Jan Lokpal Bill and corruption free India will start from Patna in January.

Further, the social activists told media that there is delay in the nationwide tour as he had recently gone through a cataract surgery. Talking to media, Anna Hazare said, “But now we have decided that the countrywide tour will begin in January, from the place where Jaiprakash Narayan launched his movement.”

Anna said, “The battle for Jan Lokpal and corruption-free India will begin at the Gandhi Maidan in Patna in January.”

“Thousands of youngsters have expressed their desire to participate in the movement and with the help of a technology-enabled network, their number will reach crores,” said Anna Hazare

Meanwhile, a meeting of 10 technical experts held at Ralegan Siddhi on October 14 to draw the blue prints of the use of technology for nationawide tour.

Anna Hazare said, “The time for ‘parivartan’ (change) has come in this country.”

However, Anna Hazare has not replied on the expose on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Nitin Gadkari by his former aide Arvind Kejriwal.

A close member, without being identified, said, “Anna will discuss the entire issue with his colleagues and supporters and is likely to come out with his statement after a couple of days.”
