First US Presidential Debate: Obama vs Romney over economy

In first presidential debate out of three, both the US President Barack Obama and Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney stormed allegations-based battle over economic political facts on Wednesday.

The 90-minute debate on the economy, taxes policies, U.S. jobless rate above 8 percent for 43 straight months, huge federal budget deficits, and the government role, both have to compete with attacking each other by wrong computational policy, seeking their victory.

Mitt Romney termed Obama “not the right for America” and his first term is the starting of rising poverty, slowing economic growth and struggle for more than millions of Americans. Romney came with offensive attitude focused on sates where election will be go through, but accused Obama to follow wrong economic policies, being responsible for ‘crushed’ the middle class.

As per source he said, “Obamacare’s on my list. … I’m going to stop the subsidy to PBS. … I’ll make government more efficient.”

“The president has a view very similar to the one he had when he ran for office four years ago, that spending more, taxing more, regulating more – if you will, trickle-down government – would work,” he further added in counter attack.

While Romney offered his own tax debate plan as a $5 trillion cut and bringing down the federal deficit with hike in standard of living and increase employment opportunities, Obama criticized Romney’s plan already had failed and never to be added now.

Obama who focused on nation, not sates, claimed Romney’s deficit plan was unbalanced, “there has to be revenue in addition to cuts,” he said adding that government main target to be best of the middle class Americans, ending corporate welfare, increase strong job growth, reducing tax for oil companies.

Reports said that by Wednesday tracking poll, it has been revealed that Obama is on top with increased voters’ toll by 47 percent to 41 percent among likely voters.

Meanwhile, 34 days before Presidential elections, both came for first face-to-face interaction for the campaign, in sake of highest votes that will make guarantee of one out of duo to win in the polls which is scheduled on November 6.
