This time Hyundai Motor India follows “more choice has more benefits” as it launched its new version of model i20, unveiling in 12 variants.
“Hyundai i- Gen i20”, the new improved version sports the petrol variants that are priced from Rs Rs 4.73 lakh to Rs 6.65 lakh, the diesel variants will be priced from Rs 5.96 lakh to Rs 7.44 lakh and the automatic variant at Rs 7.67 lakh.
Introducing its new entrant model of market, the HMIL Managing Director and CEO BS Seo said, “The New i-Gen i20 is a bold new offering with stylish looks and a host of unique features. Our extensive surveys indicated that the customer is seeking hi-tech and innovative features, we have incorporated the research findings in the i-Gen i20 to offer a high value proposition.”
i20 replacing variant will power by 1.2 Kappa petrol engine with Dual VTVT mechanism while the diesel variant come with a 1.4 litre engine. Diesel engine will be featuring advanced and hi-tech 1.4 U2 CRDi, 6-speed manual transmission that delivers more power than petrol option.
If we talking about mileage, then as per Automotive Research Association of India’s report, i-Gen i20 petrol deliver 18.5 kmpl mileages, the diesel of 21.9 kmpl and the automatic transmission variant, 1.4 Gamma automatic petrol delivers 15 kmpl.
Excellent in regard of fuel, mileage and dealing hi-tech and innovative features i-Gen i20 will catch the attention of customers by facilitating rear parking camera, electro chromic mirror which offers anti-glare vision during night time driving to the ‘iGen i20′.
