Riders who loves driving an AC jeep has not need to wait more as Mahindra‘s AC Thar comes in Indian market.

Today, Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra introduced the new upgraded version of an air-conditioned variant of its four-wheel drive jeep ‘Thar’ in New Delhi that will available for purchase in April at a starting price of Rs 6.86 lakh, as per report.

Introducing Mahindra Thar CRDe 4X4 BS4, senior marketing vice-president, automotive division, Vivek Nayer told reporters that the company, which had till now kept away from fitting the off-roader jeep with an AC, decided to install it after customer feedback, wherein people felt the need for the comfort of an AC.

Mahindra off- roading Thar has already stand and hold its position in Indian market and in mind of customers, now will offer cool air-condition and also safeguards against theft from its digital immobilizer.

In addition, source said, during its second season of its branding, the company announced to offer customer connect initiative called ‘Mahindra Adventure’ involving themed-drives and off-roading competitions, along with a tri-nation drive passing through India, Bhutan and Nepal and also an event in South Africa.

The new upgraded AC variant Thar, the model of Bharat Stage IV-compliant will also be available in Mumbai for Mumbains.
