The King Khan of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan has tops the first ever Forbes India Celebrity 100 list. The list, however, ranks celebrates as per their income and popularity in the country and the world.
The business magazine, Forbes, will; be released in a special edition of Forbes India magazine.
Actor Shahrukh Khan is followed in the list by Dabangg Salman Khan and captain cool MS Dhoni at No. 2 and 3 positions.
Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar is the next name in the list and then comes megastar Amitabh Bachchan at the fifth position.
Actor Shahrukh Khan has been named as the richest Indian celebrity as compared to Salman Khan due to his higher earnings between October 2011 and September 2012 which Forbes India estimates to be Rs 202.8 crore.
On the other hand, Salman Khan’s earning during the same period was Rs 144.2 crore and MS Dhoni’s earning was Rs 135.16 crore.
Further, actress Kareena Kapoor is the highest ranking female celebrity and grabs the seventh position. Saina Nehwal is the youngest celebrity in the list.
