The soon-to-be-released film ‘Jab Tak Hia Jaan’ is considered Yash Chopra’s comeback into Bollywood but this has become his last film. Filmmaker Yash Chopra was very excited about this film, but he left us before the release of the film.

However, legendry filmmaker had almost completed the shooting of the film, just one song was left and Yash ji was set to leave to Switzerland for the shooting of the song. But now, the Swiss song was dropped from the film.

Destiny have different plans, Yash Chopra fell ill and admitted to the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, and died on 21 October afternoon.

Official earlier announced that the shot for the song was postponed due to Yash Chopra’s illness. But now, the song is no longer in the film.

A source said, “No one wants to touch a single frame of the film. Jab Tak Hai Jaan has acquired a new significance now. Agreed that even earlier Aditya Chopra was overseeing the romantic portions of the film. And in all probability, he would’ve accompanied his father to Switzerland where the song was to be shot. But now with Yashji gone, adding anything in his absence will be inappropriate.”

Further, source said, “Without Yashji’s presence, adding anything to Jab Tak Hai Jaan would amount to tampering with his vision. Besides the film’s release is just less than a month away. So there is practically no time left.”

An official from the Yash Chopra Studio said, “Also the three stars of the film Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma will definitely put their heads together to ensure that the film proves to be a fitting tribute to Yash Chopra.”
