Dera-Sikhs Clash: Curfew continues in Sirsa

Amid tensed situation in Haryana’s Sirsa district,  District Authorities has continued the curfew for the second consecutive day after violent clashes between supporters of the controversial Dera Sacha Sauda sect and the Sikh community.

According to latest news, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is all set to suspend senior party leader and Rajya Sabha member Ram Jethmalani, who showed his disagreed nature in front of media on the appointment of the new CBI Chief Ranjit Sinha.

Further, Ram Jethmalani had also asked BJP President Nitin Gadkari to step down after the allegations of corruptions against him.

Bangladesh Factory Fire: 112 dead in garment factory fire

According to latest news, around 112 people were killed in a fire incident at a multi-story garment factory just outside of Bangladesh’s capital, Dhaka.

Reports have said that people and fire fighters were trying hard to get control on the garment factor fire in Savar, 30 kilometres north of Dhaka.

Fire broke out in the factor at the 7-story factor working under Tazreen Fashions late Saturday. By Sunday morning, fire fighters recovered 100 dead bodies, as said to media by fire department Operations Director Maj. Mohammad Mahbub.

The so-called Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan on Saturday said that he would neither join or campaign for any political party in 2014 Lak Sabha elections.

However, Aamir Khan had earlier shared the stage with social activist Anna Hazare during his fast against corruption in national capital, and said that he was not in support of any individual or political party.

Aamir said that he supported the law for a corruption free government in the country.
