Being spend a second night in Barrack No. 13, Nupur Talwar who is accused of Asrushi-Hemraj, double murder case, has decided to sit on a fast at Dasna Jail in Ghaziabad.
Her fast will continue till the apex court decides her bail. As per report, after passing second night in jail, Nupur woke up early at 5:30 this morning, starting her fast after a session of yoga and reciting couplets of the Hanuman Chalisa.
It is very important day for dentist Nupur Talwar, an accused in the murder of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, as her trail began after being surrendered before the court with her application.
An order for bail plea of Nupur who spent one night in Ghaziabad’s Dasna jail, has reserved by a special court on Wednesday after hearing the argument from both side of Nuput’s lawyers and those of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Aarushi murder case that was once declared to be close by the CBI without solves it due to lack of evidences and clues against any one accused, but refusal of that permission by the Ghaziabad judge took the case at a different mode.
Both accused the dentist couple has approached higher courts to seek relief as the court issued NBW against Mrs. Nupur.
Today, 30 April, is the day for Mrs. Nupur Talwar to be produced before the Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Ghaziabad for surrendering herself as per order raised by the Supreme Court on Friday.
