Her fast will continue till the apex court decides her bail. As per report, after passing second night in jail, Nupur woke up early at 5:30 this morning, starting her fast after a session of yoga and reciting couplets of the Hanuman Chalisa.

Aarushi Murder Case: Court adjourns hearing till Feb 29

Yet again Arushi murder case hearing has been adjourned by the Ghaziabad court on Saturday till February 29.

The Talwar family has filled a plea to the Supreme Court seeking transfer of their case from Ghaziabad to Delhi. In which they approached the Supreme Court to overrule the verdict of a lower court that rejects their plea on January 6, 2012 against the CBI to make them the main accused in the case.

Arushi’s father Dr Rajesh and mother, Nupur Talwar both are accused in their daughter’s murder case.

Aarushi, 14-year-old was found dead at her bedroom at Noida residence on May 16, 2008. The police thought that Hemraj, the Talwars’ domestic help, could be the prime suspect, but Hemraj’s dead body was also found on the apartment’s terrace the next day.

On the intervening night of May 15-16, 2008, Talwar’s daughter Aarushi found dead at the family’s Noida residence and the body of domestic help Hemraj was found dead on the terrace the following day.

Although AK Ganguly and JS Khehar, a bench of justices, had rejected the couple’s appeal last week, now will hear the petition for interim bail in the sensational murder case.

However the Supreme Court rejected their appeal to quash criminal proceedings against them. The Ghaziabad magistrate’s order was completely verified and justice that taking cognisance against them and putting them on trial.
