The norm is directed all government, privates as well as irrespective of the board they are affiliated to, to manage fixation of 25% free seats to poor children up to the age of 14.

Under the proceeding of Aarushi’s murder case that is yet a misty, Supreme Court, Today, will hear a petition filled by Nupur Talwar seeking to Court’s verdict of non-bailable arrest warrant issued against her by a trial court.

Once again Dr Rajesh Talwar and his wife Nupur has failed in their attempt of petition as rejection made by Supreme Court, to transfer the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case from Ghaziabad to Delhi, on Friday.
The apex court said that personal inconvenience instead of having adequate security to the Talwars cannot be made a ground for transferring the case.
After being attacked Aarushi’s father Rajesh from outside the Ghaziabad court in January 2011, the Talwars couple had appealed to transfer the case from a Ghaziabad court to a Delhi court. Read the rest of this entry…

Recently Government announced the auction of 2G spectrums that will be around on March 2013 and for sought out a June 2 deadline when Supreme Court judgement to cancel 122 licenses will stand quashed, government moved the Supreme Court on Thursday.
Last month, the Supreme Court directed on its landmark judgement to cancel 122 telecommunications licences awarded to companies in 2008 and said, they would need to transfer to other operators within the next four months.

Amid of assembly election campaign for UP, the dismissal of Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy’s plea against Home Minister P. Chidambaram by the CBI special court is really a joyful moment as a part of which celebrated by Congress party.
By refusing the Swamy’s plea, the CBI court has ruled, “There was no sufficient ground in Dr. Swamy’s plea for seeking the prosecution of Mr. Chidambaram, though he was party to keeping the 2G spectrum prices in 2008 at the 2001 levels and dilution of equity by two companies before the rollout of services.”

Rajesh Talwar who is facing trial along with his wife Nupur Talwar for allegedly killing his teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj in 2008, his interim bail plea will be heard in Supreme Court in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case today.
On the intervening night of May 15-16, 2008, Talwar’s daughter Aarushi found dead at the family’s Noida residence and the body of domestic help Hemraj was found dead on the terrace the following day.
Although AK Ganguly and JS Khehar, a bench of justices, had rejected the couple’s appeal last week, now will hear the petition for interim bail in the sensational murder case.
