The UPA government seeks to debut the Constitution Amendment Bill in Parliament Monsoon Session today, the Bill for Promotion Quota for SC/STs in government jobs, was approved by Union Cabinet yesterday.
To introduce the Bill in the Rajya Sabha that would leave the middle class unhappy, seems to be a move of govt. to make functioning of Parliament which has been disputing by BJP since beginning of session, atleast from 10 days over the coal allocation scam and turning their focus on PM’s resign.
