Recently a great success has been in hand of CBI that is investigating the case separately. On Sunday night, CBI arrested one minister in connection with the murder of Uttar Pradesh CMO Dr Vinod Arya.
He is the Uttar Pradesh‘s former Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr AK Shukla who was in the Uttar Pradesh government’s Family Welfare department, arrested by CBI in Lucknow yesterday under the murder charges.
Earlier last July, Dr Shukla was arrested under financial irregularities in the state health department, later freed after getting bailment of court. As per CBI charged allegations, Dr Shukla was fully involved in the murder CMO, and the reason behind this was afraid of being exposed as corrupt minister.
Dr. Arya had enough evidences to show the unclean image of Dr. Shukla being accused of irregularities that allegedly took place under the National Rural Health Mission (NHRM) scheme in Uttar Pradesh.
As he showed the evidence to authorities, before this Dr. Shukla along with other his allies jointly, succeed in his plan shot out on the October 27, 2010 while he was on morning walk.
After death of Dr Arya, one by one all the persons who were related with this case as evidence were being murdered. One was the Dr BP Singh, who posted at the position of Arya after passing six months, was murdered.
Yogendra Singh Sachan, had under the custody as a man who worked for them also murdered in July 2011 at a Lucknow jail.
Although CBI said, there is enough evidence against accused in the case, but still not being solved this past 2 years pending murder case under which it had also arrested last April one accused of Babu Singh Kushwaha, the minister dealing with health department and also charged during the period the NRHM scam.
