“Older adult may better enjoy good sleep than younger”, this proved by a telephonic study of more than 150,000 adults’ suggestions that admitted, after cross the age of 40s, sleep quality gets better with age.
As per study conducted by the Center for Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology at the University of Pennsylvania, the researchers found that people in their 80s had reported better sleep and the fewest complaints about sleep disturbances and daytime fatigue compared to other age groups.
However the researchers had asked questions for their subjective opinion to volunteers about their race, income, education, mood and general health to measure their sleep hours and disturbances.
