The city of dreams, Mumbai has once again opened its eyes with shocking news of crime on Wednesday. A 23-years-old model-turned-actress, Bidushi Dash Barde was found dead in her Andheri apartment.

The ex-beauty queen Bidushi Dash Barde is from Chennai. It is said that Bidushi Dash Barde was alone at home when her husband Kedar Barde, a software engineer found her lying in a pool of blood.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai police has registered a case of accidental death case but latest reports have said that it was a murder.

Talking to media on this case, Additional Commissioner Vishwas Nangre-Patil said, “A female resident of the building has told us that she clearly saw a visitor at Bidushi`s door. Based on her statement and the nature of injuries sustained by Bidushi, we have registered a case of murder on Tuesday.”

He said “Kedar noticed that the lights were switched off but the television set was on. He then came across Bidushi`s blood-splattered body in the passage between the bathroom and the bedroom. A glass shelf was lying broken near her and glass shards were found protruding from Bidushi`s cheek, jaw, neck and chin. There were also fingernail marks on her face as well as head injuries.”

On the other hand, Bidushi Dash Barde’s father told media that she was happy in Mumbai.
