Abu Jundal is an Indian operative: Malik says, after equates Babri with 26/11
Amid controversial bow over Pak pending 26/11 trial, Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik who is on a three-day visit in India on Saturday said to put an immediate action on Hafiz Saeed case.
Saeed is the founder of terrorist group Lashkar-e-Toiba and for action against him, Pak said to have need of hard and substantive evidence from India.
“If I am given hard evidence now, if it is substantive…before I leave Pakistan, I will order his arrest”, Mailk told reports while asking about arrest of Saeed who is freely wandering in Pak as no action has been taken against him over 26/11 Mumbai attacks basis. Read more
Four years on, India remembers 26/11 victims, pays tribute
Today is the fourth anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attack and the whole country and Mumbai city paid tribute to those killed in the attack by 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists.
It is said in reports that the main remembrance event will be taking place at Mumbai Police Gymkhana at Chowpatty where a 26/11 memorial has been erected
Floral tributes were paid to the victims as well as martyrs at the memorial on Monday morning. Read more
26/11 Mumbai Attack: Ajmal Kasab hanged by neck in Yerwada jail
The breaking news of the hour state, Pakistani national Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab was hanged by neck in Pune’s Yerwada Jail under high-security on Wednesday at around 7:30 am.
In a top-secret operation, Kasab was earlier shifted from Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail to the Pune’s Yerwada jail on Sunday night.
Ajmal Kasab was the only alive terrorist arrested by the Mumbai Police in the 26/11 Mumbai attack in 2008. Read more
