Country pays tribute to Indira Gandhi on her 95th birth anniversary

SGPC’s honor to Indira Gandhi’s assassin Beant Singh
Today is the 27th death anniversary of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and the country is paying homage to her, but Shiromani Akali Dal (B) backed Sikh’s single largest representative body Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) paid homage to one who killed Indira Gandhi, Beant Singh.
Reports have said that the SGPC also performed Bhog (ceremonial completion ) of Akhand Path (uninterrupted reading of Sri Guru Granth Sahib) in his memory. Read more
